Garth - is he coming?

All Garth Brooks’ fans got a rush of excitement when it was announced that the superstar may perform in Ireland in 2022. For these fans it’s like a dream come true.

When he played in Croke Park way back in 1997, some of these fans were only youngsters. Fans are hooked on his music, performing on a rock ‘n’ roll scale. He’s so different from the likes of George James, Merle Haggard and Charlie Pride. Garth’s performance is electric, he’s a real showman.

No wonder he has such a side appeal, because his music isn’t just any old country music. That’s the reason he sold out five gigs in Croke Park way back in 2014. A pity it didn’t work out.

However, seven years on, we may finally see the living legend in action. After nearly two years of lockdown, we need someone like Garth to light the fire again!
