Improvements continue in Burncourt

Visitors to Burncourt will notice that at almost all entrances to the South Tipperary village, are the sight of red and white safety barriers, signalling the ongoing safety works taking place in the village. Works are progressing quickly, with council workers in the village building new footpaths.

Improvements are being made to the footpaths on the western approach to the village, outside the shop and at the junction of the road to Clogheen. The works are being implemented as a traffic calming measure. Road surfacing will also take place.
