Members catching up again

- Article written by Mairead Twohig

After 18 months or so of Zoom meetings and events, Seandun Macra is delighted to see members catching up in person once again. While the virtual world kept us together during lockdowns, the thrill of face to face meetings cannot be denied. Hybrid working is a term used to describe when you operate from the office at times and from home other times and this is a model we have used as restrictions ease.

Our very first regional meeting offered members the chance to attend in person in Glanmire or to log in from home. The atmosphere was wonderful, and it was super to see our Macra friends in real life once again. A lot of our clubs have or are planning to have in person meetings soon.

Officer training in

Ballyhass last weekend was a big hit, with many bonds formed between clubs and new friendships made. Clubs say it was a lot of fun, and the pictures online show the variety of activities that attendees got involved in.

Everyone is really excited for the coming months with a lot to look forward to. Keep an eye online to see what is happening!
