Skekeenarinky Road Run a success

Skeheenarinky Vintage Club would like to thank everyone that supported their annual road run that too place on Sunday, 12th September last in aid of Skeheenarinky National School. We would like to thank everyone from far and near that came on tractors, cars and motorbikes and everyone that donated money on the day.

Thanks to Liam O’Gorman for the use of the field and Skeheenarinky NS for the use of the grounds. Thanks to the parents council for the great spread of food and drinks and for running the raffle and ticket sales on the day. Thanks to the stewards who kept everything running smoothly and those who helped in any way; to Burncournt Golf Society for their donation; Maureen Creed’s Shop, Burncourt; ticket sellers that sold tickets on the night.

Thanks to everyone that donated prizes for the raffle that was held on the night in Ryan’s Bar, Burncourt. Thanks to Ryan’s Bar for a great night’s entertainment and barbecue. Thanks to Kay Caplice for all the wonderful photos taken on the day and Shannon Brennan, Miss Tipperary South and former pupil of the school, for supporting the vintage run.
