TURNING BLUE MONDAY YELLOW

Fettle, an online therapy-on-demand platform that connects those seeking counselling with qualified therapists, is aiming to turn Blue Monday Yellow (the colour of positivity) this 17th January. After a tumultuous year and uncertainty ahead, yellow Monday encourages the Irish population to open up and break the stigma around mental health in Ireland on what is traditionally the saddest day of the year. A recent study by Opinions.ie, showed half of Irish adults feel as though mental health amongst society in Ireland has disimproved in recent years and over three thirds believe it is an epidemic here right now.
