Making a complaint!

If you wish to make a complaint about the standard of the work carried out by a Registered Electrical Contractor (REC), please submit a complaint by completing a complaint form.

Safe Electric is primarily concerned with technical standards and electrical safety (i.e. compliance with the National Rules for Electrical Installations published by the NSAI) and does not have a role in disputes of a commercial nature.

If your complaint is about Restricted Electrical Works carried out by a contractor who is not a Registered Electrical Contractor (REC), you can report alleged illegal electrical works.

If your complaint is regarding the level of customer service being provided by Safe Electric you can make a Customer Service Complaint.

Note: If a complaint is not valid, Safe Electric will advise the complainant of this.
