New members welcome

Would you like to be more active in a club? Why not join Whitechurch Macra, it was full of great things for example in 2021.

We started the year with a simple walk, we had a few sports competitions like tag rugby and indoor/outdoor soccer. We also do sports night every Tuesday at 9pm in the community hall in Whitechurch. But don’t worry it’s not all about the sports. We’ve enjoyed table quizzes against other Macra clubs in our region. We love to do a new members night once a year it gets present and future members to socialize.

Apart from all that there is a farming side to this. Last year a few of the lads took part in the Seandún round of beef stock judging and welding and we did great and went through to the final. Our club have an annual log splitting every year in one of the members back yard. All for a good cause to keep the elderly homes warm for the winter.

We do have monthly meetings once a month but we also chat about previous events and new ones coming up for example departing, capers or sports. If you would like to join our Macra club find us online.
