Mystery tour from T.O. Park just days away

This year as expected there is huge interest in this long established trip loved by so many over the years. It will take place on Saturday, July 9th leaving the Square, Mitchelstown at 7am.

There will be a lovely breakfast enroute in a hotel of note followed by a day of touring, visiting and relaxing, this above all. Later there will be a full sit down evening dinner in another lovely hotel. This will include some surprises.

Not one but three buses will head off. Two of these are already full to capacity. However we have plenty of seats in bus three. Book yours by calling Deci on 0864005727, T.O. on 0868272276 or Stella 02524009. Do it now or you will miss one of the best days out from the Park all year long.

To accommodate our great friends from Fermoy bus one will pick up there at the swimming pool at 6.45am. Bus two and bus three will leave Mitchelstown at 7am, one will pick up at the Park at 7.10am and Ballylanders at 7.15am. Further information can be got by calling any of the above numbers. The total cost for the trip is €70, which includes coach travel for the entire day, full breakfast and evening dinner. Also included is tea/coffee/scones in another great location in a famous town plus something else T.O. is working on in only God knows where. The trip cost has increased from before Covid three years ago due to a big increase in coach hire and also of course a big hike on hotel food prices. Just nothing is cheap anymore.

AMERICAN TEA PARTY

Due to a hectic schedule of events here at the Park right now we have cancelled this event for this Friday, July 1st. It is now moved forward and will take place on Saturday, September 3rd at The Firgrove Hotel. Please excuse any inconvenience caused. The Barrys will provide the music. Put this date in your diary.

AUTUMN BREAK AWAY IN IRELAND

Due to popular demand fueled by our recent hugely successful trip up West, we have launched our fabulous Autumn break away. It will be to ‘Lovely Leitrim’, with our base in Carrick-on-Shannon. A truly lovely town at the head of the Shannon. It will be for five days and four nights away beginning on Monday, October 3rd and returning on Frdiay, October 7th.

As with May, it will be an action packed week in a county so least discovered. Already one bus is more than half full. Book your place as soon as you can by calling any of the usual numbers. Hotels are smaller up there so this trip will quickly fill up.

DANCING

Our next dance at the Park is Sunday, July 10th from 2.30pm to 5pm. The ever popular Muriel O’Connor and Fran will provide the music. A great day of dancing is assured. Free raffle on door ticket. Tea and refreshments served.

PITCH OPENED AT T.O. PARK

After lots of effort and hard work the Park pitch is now in pristine condition. All are invited to use it especially children. With the nearby kitchen and tennis court it’s the ideal location for an outdoor party, disco or family gathering.
