Congratulations to Ladies Captain Margaret Gill (H/C 25) on her win in Thursday’s 18 Hole Stapleford Singles competition with 41pts and to Marie Reidy (H/C 34) coming 2nd with 39pts.

Mag Tobin enjoyed success in the weekly 9 Hole Qualifier on Monday winning with 21pts.

Ladies Tuesday Champagne Scramble saw Imelda Buckley, Breda Hickey, Miriam Halley and Breda Wall come home with 73pts, ahead of Eleanor Carroll, Betty Buttimer, Maureen McEvoy and Breda Kavanagh with 65pts.

Another successful afternoon for everyone.

LADIES LADY CAPTAIN’S DAY

Ladies Captain, Margaret Gill hosts her Prize Day on Saturday, 9th July. This promises to be a wonderful occasion for Margaret and her family and all the Ladies of Cahir Park. Full details will issue next week.

Our Junior Cup team lost out to Dundrum in Dundrum recently with the deciding match going to the 18th. Our Pierce Purcell team also narrowly missed out on to Thurles in Thurles.

We would like to thank the players and management for the commitment during the campaign.

Our Barton Shield team play their next round against Tramore on Saturday, 2 July in Cahir. All support would be greatly appreciated.
