Adair NS coffee morning on Friday

KATIE GLAVIN

Fermoy’s Adair National School are to host a coffee morning on Friday, March 31 in aid of the school.

Taking place from 12.30 to 2.30pm at Adair Hall, an open invitation has been extended for the public to come and support the event in aid of the school.

Entry to the event is €5 which includes refreshments and entry to a raffle, all in aid of Adair NS.

Situated north of the Blackwater River at Greenhill in Fermoy town, the local school is reputed to be the oldest primary school in Ireland still in operation. Catering for pupils from junior infants to 6th class, the co-educational school under Church of Ireland management offers a well-resourced, progressive environment for children.

The coffee morning will be the first event to be hosted by the school since Covid-19 and organisers are welcoming a return to normality and hope to see familiar as well as new faces supporting the event on Friday.
