Fun at Cork Chess finals

Two area U13 teams participated with aplomb against teams from Kinsale, Ballinlough, Enniskeane in Riverstick Hall on Saturday in Cork Community Games finals. Ted Brennan, Áine Clifford, Evelyn Hennessy, Fionn Lynch, Niall O’Donoghue, Cathal Moher and manager Dave Moher came 4th. Jasmine Moher, Eillie Russell, Shane Lillis, Antanas Staraitis, Sarah Casey, Thomas Casey and manager Laura Mulcahy finished 5th.

Community minded are invited to participate/promote in the many activities via schools/clubs/social media at healthy cultural and games activities in Mitchelstown Community games area. Area participants aged 6 - 15 from Araglin, Glanworth, Kildorrery, Kilworth, Mitchelstown, Shanballymore eligible to compete for Mitchelstown area.
