TALLOW ENTERPRISE CENTRE

Following a very successful event last year The Enterprise Centre will once again host the Great Irish Bake for sick children on Thursday, March 31st from 10.30am to 1pm. This a lovely social morning and all proceeds will go to the Children’s Health Foundation. The Enterprise Centre would like to invite everyone to come along and have a cuppa and a cake and chat to your neighbours. If anyone would like to donate cakes or home-baking for the event they can drop it to reception on Wednesday or on Thursday morning. So get your aprons and rolling pins out, and help to support this very worthy cause. Everyone welcome. All donations would be appreciated.

CHELTENHAM SHIELD

Eoin Barry was the winner for the Cheltenham Shield in the Corner House Bar in Tallow. Eoin was delighted to receive the shield from proprietor, Paddy Martin, following a great week of racing.

TALLOW LADIES SOCIAL GROUP

This ever growing group hold their meetings once a month in Tallow Enterprise Centre and enjoy a range of activities, which keep everyone busy and entertained. They are currently embarking on an eightweek Art Therapy programme. Afternoon Tea in Clancy’s Bar is planned for April, and they are currently planning for their summer outing. New members are always welcome so don’t be shy, contact 058-56445 for further details.
